Sign up today for free ladies self defense classes. If you are interested contact us for more information. We have to have at least five ladies to start a class. You are welcome to bring your children if needed.Classes are free of charge. First class is Sept 18th at 7pm at the Haven and every Thursday night as long as there are ladies signing up. If you have a mat bring one of you don’t it is okay. Water bottles are advised for hydration. 😊
Anyone that would like to donate mats drop them off at the haven during business hours or before class. We hope to see you there!
