Join us for free self defense classes at the Rec, led by instructor Dustin Roe! This event is for ages 18+ over at the Lemoore Recration Center. We will go over some basic essential things and moves to know for self defense using Japanese Martial Arts techniques. This event is free but there are limited spots available so please make sure to sign up to secure a spot!
