About this Event
This course is paced to the student's skill level (beginner). Learn how to apply martial arts to self-defense:
- Movement and Avoiding Attacks
- Counter-Attacks & Escaping
Attendees under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult (required to sign waiver). Please bring your own water/hydration. Wear comfortable clothing or your black gi (martial arts uniform if you have one). Participates assume all liability for risk of injury.
Emphasis: Koshijutsu (Pressure Point Attacks), Koppojutsu (Bone Structure Manipulation), Dakentaijutsu (Striking), Jutaijutsu (Grappling) & Ninjutsu (Hidden Techniques)
