About this Event
Our Self-Defense Class for Survivors is designed to help participants reclaim their strength, confidence, and sense of safety in a supportive, empowering environment. Led by professional fighters and trauma-informed coaches, this class focuses on real-world protection techniques, situational awareness, and emotional grounding strategies to help survivors feel prepared and in control.
Each session integrates physical defense training with mental and emotional empowerment, offering practical skills anyone can use regardless of age or fitness level. Participants also receive a custom journal filled with grounding exercises, breathing techniques, and reflection prompts to continue healing outside of class.
Space is limited to 25 participants per session, and pre-registration is required. If the current class is full, please email us at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist or notified about upcoming sessions.
