🚨 FREE Self-Defense Classes – Sunday, November 16th! 🚨
We’re excited to host another round of free self-defense classes at Imperial Training Center! These sessions are open to the community, so please help us spread the word! 💪
👦 Kids Self-Defense (Grades 3–6)
🕛 12:00–12:50 PM
We’ll discuss essential tools to help your child stay safe and practice self-defense techniques to empower them to protect themselves when necessary.
👩 Women’s Self-Defense (Ages 12 & Up)
🕐 1:00–2:00 PM
This session will focus on real-world safety, including awareness and protection strategies in grocery stores, parking lots, and while entering or leaving your vehicle, plus hands-on techniques to keep yourself safe.
