Come join us for rejuvenating Sculpt Yoga. Join Kimberly, a certified Sculpt Yoga instructor with over 300 hours certification experience.
About this Event

This FREE Sculpt session combines bands and body weight with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high-energy with upbeat music.

Meet your instructor below:

Kimberly has been practicing Hot yoga since 2010 after she took her first class and fell in love with it and started teaching in 2013. She has earned the following Yoga Alliance Certifications: 200-hour, 300-hour, Sculpt and Kids Yoga. Kimberly has an energetic yet grounded practice and can teach to beginners and seasoned Yogis, and everything in between.
