The 2025 New/Next Film Festival is excited to present a free revival screening of the documentary "Lowndes County and the Road to Black Power," hosted by award-winning Director Sam Pollard. This 2022 film tells the story of the courageous campaign of citizens and activists who faced violence and oppression in the struggle for the right to vote.
Screening starts at 12:15pm in The Charles Theatre's main auditorium.
