We are extremely pleased to be hosting Bob Stanley from Saint Etienne - as we celebrate the release of their latest and last LP 'International'. Bob will be playing discs that have inspired him over the development of the album and playing stuff just for the pure fun of it!We are also pleased to have two local musicians who both contributed to the International LP: Augustin Bousfiled & Flash Cassette, who will be doing DJ sets.
Finally we also have author & designer - Tessa Norton. Tessa designed the artwork for the International release. Hopefully Tessa will treat us to some choice discs too.
This will be very informal - and there will be a chance for people to get their records/CDs signed - should you so wish.
The illustrator/designer Chris Taylor - responsible for the cartoon renditions of Saint Etienne will also be in attendance.
So come and join us for an evening of revelry inspired by all things Saint Etienne, all for FREE.
Please feel free to bring a bottle (or two) of your favourite tipple.
