Class Description:
BlissIn Out - Yang-Yin Flow
This flow balances Yang (empowering, active) & Yin (soft, receptive) energy.
Class begins by awakening the body with a heat-building Vinyasa sequence & then melting into longer-held postures to promote flexibility & healing. This dynamic session concludes with an integrating guided meditation. All levels are welcome to attend!!
Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat), water, and wear something comfortable to move in.
