Discover the art of Norwegian Telemark Rosemaling with artist Dorothy Hoover. Registration is required for this five-hour class, which will lead participants throughout the process of creating their own rosemaling plate. All materials are provided and registration will open Tuesday, August 26 at 1 p.m. Register at https://larl.libnet.info/event/14387230 or by calling the Detroit Lakes Public Library at 847-2168. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch.
This program is offered free-of-charge thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund and is intended for those ages 14 and up. Limited seats are available and registration is required.
