The course addresses the signs and symptoms of depression and bipolar disorder, offers practical advice on self-care, teaches coping tools, communication skills and looks at the issues that arise for people who are supporting a loved one. At the end of the programme, take away a personalised action plan.
This Programme takes place at The Bru Columbanus, Cork city every Tuesday afternoon from 1:30-3:00pm for 4 weeks, (26 April, 3, 10, 17 May).
