With Elegance and Luxury in mind, our Free Rein Pilates day retreat is coming to the stunning grounds of Wrest Park in Bedfordshire- The iconic Bridgerton’s ‘Aubrey Hall’. Our retreat will offer a day of true ‘me time’ and pampering.
The mat work and small equipment sessions are planned in hope for you to come away feeling rejuvenated, reset and inspired to continue your Pilates practice.
Enjoy a morning of Pilates sessions 9.30-1, all sessions are carefully planned as to not exhaust you but fill you with the confidence to continue home practice, there is a perfect balance of core strengthening and flexibility workshops suitable for all levels of fitness and Pilates experience. Erin is a qualified Sports therapist with many years of experience allowing her to adapt exercises for all to access with ease.
Included in your pampering package is our luxury summer fruits and smoothie bar for you to enjoy in the break times.
Each member of the retreat also will receive a luxury gift bag (RRP £50) to take home with you, included in the bag is part of our Free Rein small equipment range again for continued home practice.
From 1pm the afternoon is yours to enjoy the grounds of Wrest Park, bring a picnic or pop to the onsite cafe for some lunch.
Erin (our instructor) will be onsite to chat and answer any questions for the afternoon too.
