About the Class:
Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) is a self-defense program that teaches women how to recognize dangerous situations and defend themselves against various types of assault.
Topics include awareness, prevention, risk reduction, hands-on defense, flight or fight syndrome, and physical defense
RAD instructors are nationally certified.
