Join us for Queer Sunday Slow Flow, a soulful vinyasa practice set to live music, created for and by the queer community. This free-flowing class invites you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and connect through dynamic sequences designed to honor self-expression and inclusivity.
With live music guiding the rhythm of our practice, you will be held in a well maintained grassy, affirming space where you can fully show up as yourself. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this practice will leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply connected.
