In CCCMF’s Tenth Anniversary Season Finale Concert, the Escher Quartet is joined by CCCMF Founding Artistic Director Luke Fleming and Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra Principal Clarinetist Shaquille Southwell for newly composed works by American composers Chris Rogerson and Seth Grosshandler, concluding with Johannes Brahms’ brawny and brilliant String Quintet No. 2 in G major (originally intended to be his final composition).
Join us in the historic sanctuary of Rayne Memorial United Methodist Church, and meet the Artists at the reception that follows!
CCCMF Founding Artistic Director Luke Fleming leads an informal Pre-Concert Talk and Q&A at 3:30 PM.
