Free Yoga & Queer Quiz at GAPP Rooftop
Celebrate Pride with us on Hotel Casa's beautiful rooftop GAPP. We're excited to offer you a free yoga class, perfect for all levels, followed by a fun and engaging queer quiz at the end. Come enjoy the sun, stretch your body, and test your knowledge in a welcoming and inclusive environment. We believe in combining fun and learning to promote inclusivity and diversity. All are welcome!
About the instructor Edward
Edward first encountered yoga through his dance training, and after many years of dancing professionally he returned to practicing yoga in 2017. He completed his yoga teacher training in 2023 and is excited to share the teachings of this beautiful practice. While he continues to dance and perform he finds ground in his yoga practice approaching it as a space to connect to the body and ultimately to the higher self. In his Vinyasa classes he encourages his students to become researchers of their own bodies by moving through sensation, connecting with the breath and cultivating conscious movement.
