Feel more comfortable and confident during your pregnancy. Alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy such as swelling, back pain, and varicose veins. An emphasis is placed on soothing, relaxing breath work and meditation. prenatal classes are for women at all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary. Class is taught by an instructor from the Harlem Yoga Studio.
