This is a FREE community event; CareFirst Insurance is not required!
WHAT TO BRING: Water, an exercise mat or towel, and a resistance tube with handles if you have one (we have tubes to loan if you need one).
WHAT TO WEAR: Athletic shoes, and workout apparel that will allow you to move freely and be comfortable during an indoor class.
HOW TO FIND US: Class is located at 1501 South Clinton Street, Baltimore, MD 21224. You may park in the lot directly across Clinton Street from the CareFirst building, free of charge. Be sure to press the button for a ticket, and we will validate your parking once inside. Enter the building at the main Clinton St entrance and find the CareFirst Engagement Center on the ground level, immediately to your right.
