NOVEMBER STRETCH AND RELAXATION
DATES: Mondays 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th November & 1st and 8th December
TIME: 6:30-7:30pm
LOCATION: Salvation Army, Clarence Road, Southend, SS1 1BD (please note: car park is opposite building)
COST: FREE (please note: These groups are currently free for a trial period only. Future groups will be offered at an affordable cost)
Join us for an hour of nurture for yourself and little one too. Connect with your growing belly or baby with an hour of quiet bonding. Strengthen your body, improve your posture, and release tension through breathing, mindfulness and gentle low impact movement.
The session will include 45 minutes of stretch and relaxation followed by 15 minutes of peer support and conversation.

If you are pregnant, you need to have had your 12-week scan before starting classes.
Classes are suitable for Mums once you have had your 6-week GP check and have been advised it is safe for you to begin exercising. If Mum has had a C-Section or any other trauma, it is advised to wait 12 weeks after giving birth before participating in a class.
All class members must complete the health questionnaire before they can participate. A link to the online form will be sent to you via email with your booking confirmation.
No experience necessary. Mats provided. Just bring a water bottle, blanket for relaxation and any baby essentials if bringing baby.
