About this Event
In my pre-concert talks, I help my audience, regardless of their classical music knowledge, to find their way through the concert. I speak about the composers, the music, and the era, with some nice stories to know. I also distribute “slightly different” concert notes that you can follow the music with, so you can access the music much more easily.

Concert description:
From the delicate flight of a lark to the playful chatter of sparrows, this concert invites you to open your ears to the music of the skies above the fields.
Clara Schumann’s Trois Fugues sur des thèmes de Bach reveal a refined dialogue between intellect and emotion, echoing the depth that inspired Robert Schumann’s own masterpieces. Ralph Vaughan Williams’s The Lark Ascending lifts us into the English sky, where the violin sings like a soaring bird, while Respighi’s Gli Uccelli (The Birds) enchants with Baroque elegance and vivid musical imagination.
With the poetic narration of actress Milla Trausch, this concert — although not specifically a children’s concert — opens its wings to everyone who listens with curiosity and wonder: families, young listeners, and all lovers of beautiful music and stunning nature.
