Thank you.The Phamaly Theater Company, in partnership with APS, presents "The Glorious World of Crowns, Kinks and Curls" at Rangeview High School on Jan. 9 at 3:15 p.m. This play by Keli Goff explores the complex relationship Black women have with their hair. The play explores themes of race, gender, and identity, and how hair is both personal and political for Black women. This play is described as beautiful, empowering, funny, heartbreaking, and healing, with a message of triumph over adversity. There is no cost associated with attendance.
