Slot 1: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Slot 2: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to ensure you can enter the class. Latecomers may not be admitted.

What to Expect:

The experienced instructors will guide you through a series of Pilates exercises using specialized equipment. You'll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to maximize the benefits of your practice.
What to wear and bring:
#1 Please make sure you're wearing appropriate and comfortable workout attire for the Pilates workshop, as there is no onsite changing room.
#2 Bring also bring along a towel, a pair of grip socks and hairband (if you have long hair).
