About the physiotherapists:
At your free physio mini consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to access expert guidance and resources from our expereienced phsiotherapists.
Toby Evans qualified as a physiotherapist in 2016 and has since gained extensive experience in musculoskeletal care through NHS roles and leadership positions. He joined Spire Claremont Hospital in 2024 as Deputy Physiotherapy Manager, working with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Ben Gregory qualified as a physiotherapist in 2019 and has developed specialist expertise in musculoskeletal care, including complex post-surgical rehabilitation and upper limb treatment. Since 2022, he has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at Spire Claremont Hospital, delivering advanced rehabilitation and training while supporting both consultant and self-referrals.

Each appointment is a 10-minute one-to-one session were you can discuss common musculoskeletal conditions. Some of these conditions include:
- Lower back pain – often caused by muscle strain, disc issues, or poor posture.
- Neck pain – including whiplash or tension-related discomfort.
- Shoulder injuries – such as rotator cuff problems or frozen shoulder.
- Knee pain – including ligament injuries, meniscus tears, or osteoarthritis.
- Sports injuries – like sprains, strains, and overuse injuries affecting joints and muscles.
Pre-booking is essential as places are limited, so to reserve a place online, please complete the order form and you will receive a call from our bookings team with a specific time to attend.
Mini consultations are an opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you may have and are not a formal outpatient consultation. If you wish to proceed to treatments a full consultation will be required.
Please note that our free patient events are only available to people aged 18 years and over and the patients must be a UK resident
