FREE exclusive women and girls personal safety course! Come along with your daughter, granddaughter, niece or with your friends and spend a couple of hours making you safer. We have already worked with the police, MOD police, stewards, carers, drug and alcohol advisers and the general public who all felt it helped massively. Date: Tuesday 18th March Time:7-9pm Who is it for? Women and girls who are looking to identify practices, restraints and techniques that could make them safer on our streets and sadly in our homes. What is its content? We will start with safe practices in everyday life, including street safety and the legal implications of defence. Then we will show techniques that can fend off attacks.
