The menopause can be a challenging time in a woman’s life, with symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and more. But it doesn’t have to be a curse - it’s a transition, and we’re here to help you make it a positive one.
At our event, you’ll find support, information and resources from one of our Consultant Gynaecologists, Miss Evi Bakali, to help you navigate menopause! Miss Bakali will cover topics like hormone therapy, diet and exercise, perimenopause and natural remedies to manage symptoms.
She’ll also discuss emotional wellness, including coping with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that can arise during menopause. Most importantly, you’ll meet other women who are going through the same experience. You’ll have the opportunity to share your stories, ask questions, and build a supportive community. Together, we can come out stronger on the other side!
Join us for this empowering event on menopause and take the first step towards embracing the change. This is a group event so you will be sat with like minded women also wanting to find out more.
