If you want to shake up your fitness routine and feel like a kid again this class is for you. Rise up out of your rut and have some fun with us!
Whether you are a beginner or have some experience you are WELCOME in this class. You will learn beginner movements that can be put together into a sequence as we laugh play and burn calories.
We will warm up and shake off any stress or tension then spend some time learning hula hoop skills while getting feedback and troubleshooting. Next we will learn a sequence of tricks that will get you moving and sweating followed by some play time to practice everything we've learned or find your own flow. We will always finish class by coming together for final stretches breathing and intentional self-acknowledgment. Every class segment is designed to help you feel successful and good in your body while honoring your unique style and comfort level.
