Come join us for a FREE outdoor yoga class with Bright Bear Yoga Studio at Trinidad Farmers Market (1299 Neal Street NE, Washington, DC 20002). The free class will be directly adjacent to the Sunday farmers market. It will promptly begin at 9:30 AM on Sunday, June 30.
The style will be Vinyasa 1-2. Vinyasa means to move your body in special ways. Flow refers to our efforts to match our breath with these movements. This level 1-2 class will offer accessible sequences that emphasize strength, balance, and flexibility, all while cultivating the breath. Come, move and breathe, and walk out feeling better than you arrived. This class is beginner-friendly.
