We're offering a FREE yoga class at Tufts Park in collaboration with Medford Recreation.Location: Classes will be held in the grassy space behind Tot Lot/Tuft’s Pool, (see map). Tufts Park is located at 437 Main St, Medford, MA 02155.
There will be some tree shaded areas to set up your mat for students who want that option. Please bring your own mat and props!
Pre-registration is required.
Bring your own mat and other items that you may need (face covering, sunscreen, water, towel, etc.
If we are unable to hold class due to weather, all attendees will be notified by email.
