About this Event
This class will be a mash up starting with an high energy Bash workout and ending with grounding YogaSix stretches. These two classes together are the perfect complement to each other! First warming up, building strength, push your endurance and then you slow it down and elongate the muscles you worked for hard. You contain the energy your just built up and allow the body to absorb the workout. You will leave feeling energized, balanced and ready to take on anything!
