An opportunity to explore this splendid medieval building, meet Members of the Company and see inside our lovely Company Hall.
SPECIAL event - watch Rob Oldfield, Member of the Company, as he uses goldleaf to gild; learn about gilding and how is has been used in the Hall.
Learn about the life stories of tailors past. Enjoy a colouring activity for children. Refreshments will be available at our pop-up cafe.
Explore this amazing building, a hidden gem in the heart of the City of York. It was built in the 15th century and has been beautifully preserved. An ancient oak roof covers the main Hall and the Blue Hall. You can view unique stained glass, pictures, and architecture.
You can also find out about the Company and its traditions and tailors of the past.
