About the Workshop:
Breath is life. How you breathe is a representation of how you live your life, the beliefs you hold, your traumas and much more. These are energetically held in your cells in your body and affect your daily living. The workshop begins with an analysis of what your breathing is telling you about your life-style and then we continue onto different breathing methods to energetically release these charges.
About Toni Marie:
Toni Marie is an intuitive coach and healer. She published a relationship book, ‘From Me To We’, and learned very quickly that awareness of psychology, alone does not change the self-sabotaging patterns of behavior. She went on to learn and discover how to clear and remove blocks and patterns deeply embedded in the subconscious.
