This workshop is for anyone who is considering changing career, or bouncing forward from redundancy, or wanting to thrive in their career.
We all have barriers preventing us from achieving what we want.
While some barriers are external to us, many are internal such as beliefs and views, unclear vision, low confidence, gaps in skills or knowledge, lack of clarity around actions or blocks in taking certain actions.
Sometimes we think “that’s just how I am” and we try to work around them, avoiding to address them directly.
Problem being that they are still there, acting as constraints which almost invisibly prevent us from achieving what we want. I think of them as headwinds.
