This training program provides an introduction to Pranahuti Supported Meditation (PSM). [ ONLINE - this month ]
This is a comprehensive self-contained spiritual practice that aims to assist a person to evolve into cosmic consciousness. The system uses the process of Pranahuti (Yogic Transmission) by a competent trainer to assist individual practitioner to grow and transform.
This workshop contains 4 experiential guided meditations, and covers the topics of methods of meditation, holistic way of living, control of mind and concentration, Yogic transmission (Pranahuti), and stages of progress.
