Welcome to Nurse Yoga with PHS!
Come join us at Pinnacle Healthcare Staffing for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session specifically designed for nurses. This event is a great opportunity for nurses to unwind, de-stress, and take care of themselves. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome!
We’re getting together as nurses to share a moment of relaxation & wellness with the only other people who understand the stress of #nurselife. The session will be led by one of our partnering Nurse Wellness yogis, Melinda Williamson, RN, RYT200.
