Join us for a free no-gi seminar open to all academies and affiliates, led by KruFit BJJ Head Coach Jon Aimone and Black Belt Joe Lamberjack.
This session will explore two essential areas of grappling: developing effective offense from mount and building confident wrestling-up transitions from turtle.
Jon and Joe will share concepts focused on control, pressure, and clarity of movement, taught in a supportive and inclusive environment.
