FREE Mums & Bubs Yoga Class

Presented by Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Coburg, we invite mums to come along with their babies and enjoy some gentle exercise with their little ones. ? ?‍♀️

This class is a great way to reconnect with your body; provide a new way to enjoy and bond with your baby; and to meet and connect with other mums. ?

After the class, you are invited to gather in our parent’s lounge for a free barista coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Best of all, these classes are free! ? ☕

We encourage families looking for childcare in the future to attend.

Please bring your own yoga mat with you.

Suitable for babies up to 12 months old and mothers 8+ weeks postpartum with doctor’s clearance.
