It's a free movie night with American Indian Film Festival winner, "Expiration Date" on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 4 and 7 p.m. at ISU's Bengal Theater in the Pond Student Union. (Note - 8th avenue entrance is the only one open on Sundays.) The winner of 33 festival awards, "Expiration Date" follows Charlie Silvercloud III, who is about to turn 25 and face the family curse which took the life of his father and grandfather on their 25th birthdays. This is a funny and inspiring film that plays as a metaphor about conquering the fear in our lives, or choosing to live bravely in spite of it. CBS Radio calls the film "an utterly original, quirky comedy," while L.A. Weekly adds, "It's as vibrant with original comedy as it is with the local (Seattle) color."
