🌿 Free Monthly Women’s HikeJoin us every third Sunday of the month for a soulful women’s bush-walk through “The Dream Time Valley” also known as The Woronora Valley.
Departing from The Sanctuary Retreat at **9:00 AM** and returning by **11:00 AM**.
This approximately 90-minute gentle to mid level hike is designed to deepen your connection with nature and yourself, nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
We will cleanse through the water element by connecting to Loftus Creek and The Woronora River. You will be guided into moments of stillness and lead through a brief meditation and breathwork.
