?? What You'll Be Cooking
During this session, you’ll prepare three classic Vietnamese home-style dishes:
• Pepper Caramelised Pork Belly (Ba rọi kho tiêu) – A rich, savoury dish featuring tender pork belly caramelised in a fragrant, peppery fish sauce glaze.
• Boiled Vegetable Broth (Canh nước rau luộc) – A light, nourishing broth made from freshly boiled vegetables, a staple in Vietnamese family meals.
• Steamed Vegetables (Rau củ luộc) – Seasonal vegetables lightly steamed and served with a traditional dipping sauce for a simple yet flavourful side.
