Join us for our *Free* Monthly Mindfulness Gathering!

Looking to relax and unwind from the comfort of your own home? Come together with like-minded individuals for a virtual session of mindfulness and meditation.

This event is open to everyone, and I will be a guiding a monthly themed practice. I will incorporate a tea ceremony, a meditation infused with sound healing instruments, and end with an optional group discussion. I've created this as a way to gather, meet new people, and do something nice for yourself ◡̈.

I will send an email the day before reminding you of the zoom link, and sharing our theme. I will also include some herbal mixtures I'll use for my tea (or sometimes cacao), as I love to meditate with a warm and intentionally made beverage, but it is not required. You can also have a cup of water with you!

I encourage you to turn on your camera as you come in to say hi and gather (again, not required, but it's so nice!). This is a live virtual event, and I have decided there will be no recording of this to allow participants to fully relax and chat openly.
