FREE MMA for the Queer Community

Join Coach Lu Villarreal on October 12th at 12:30pm for the next session of our new free monthly MMA class for the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! Each month will have a different focus. This session we'll practice using boxing to set up clinch. Some equipment available, but please bring MMA gloves if you have them to ensure we have plenty of gear for everyone!
