Join fellow carers in this friendly and supportive small group. You'll learn how to calm your mind as you take time for yourself, to recharge your batteries and boost your wellbeing.
Audrey will help you learn simple but effective techniques to help reduce your worry and anxiety and aid you to 'live in the moment'. The natural, outdoor environment will help soothe your mind as you connect with nature and learn to relax body and mind.
The person you care for is welcome to join in too, just remember to book 2 tickets. Refreshments will be provided. See you there.
