This class is a karma (FREE) class ONLY for military active duty service members and veterans to support the health and healing of our Warriors! It will be held once a month normally on the 3rd Sunday from 1-2pm and will be taught by the Nook owner, Charity, who is a retired Veteran herself. This will be a beginner-friendly, accessible to ALL restorative style class with trauma centered language. We hope by sharing our space and increasing awareness we can assist our local heroes in staying healthy & resilient.What to bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a block. If you don't have these items just come as you are.
