ATTENTION ALL EVERMAN & FOREST HILL RESIDENTSMunicipal Animal Services is offering FREE microchips for all Everman & Forest Hill pets! Bring your pet - it's fast, free, and registration is included!
A few things to help everything run smoothly:
Must be an Everman or Forest Hill resident for your pet to receive a free microchip.
There will be a line. Please bring water for yourself and your pet.
All dogs MUST be leashed.
We would PREFER to microchip cats in a more controlled environment so please call us at 817-561-5495 and we set an appointment for you to bring your cat to the shelter in a carrier.
Retractable leashes must be kept at no longer than 4ft and in the locked position.
Staff must be able to safely handle your pet. If your pet is aggressive or fractious, services may be declined at our discretion.
*For everyone's safety, please give all people and pets a respectful distance and do not allow nose to nose interaction between pets.*
There is NO charge for the microchip or registration. We do appreciate monetary donations IF you would like to contribute. All donations will go to our emergency medical and/or community programs fund.
