There’s no cost to participate — but pre-registration is strongly recommended as spots are limited!
Walk-In's will be accepted until we are out of our supply of microchip. Priority given to those who have pre-registered.
⚠️ Registration helps speed up the check-in and microchipping process and ensure we can help as many pets as possible that day.
? Registration closes at 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 30th.
?? Each pet requires a separate registration (one form per pet).
Microchipping is limited to dogs & cats only.
? Proof of current (not expired) rabies vaccination is required at the time of the microchip clinic on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
Please bring the actual rabies certificate (with veterinarian signature and matching description).
? Rabies tags cannot be accepted.
? All dogs must be on a regular leash 6 ft or shorter – NO retractable leashes.
? All cats must be in a secure pet carrier.
? Our volunteers will do their best to make this a calm and safe experience for every pet, but we do reserve the right to refuse microchipping if a pet cannot be safely handled.
