TNO Mental Health team, Resilient Minds, is happy to invite you to Mental Health First Aid Basic course to promote the awareness of mental health in our community.
This course is designed to provide the skills to help someone in the community who is experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or mental health crisis.
In this training, you’ll learn…
• Risk Factors/ Warning Signs of mental health challenges
• Signs of Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Psychosis, and Substance disorders
• Importance of early intervention
• Mental Health and Stigma
Limited space available.
The course will be led by a certified MHFA Facilitator.
