Free Meditations in the Park

Come meditate with us in the park! We will be gathering every Friday evening all summer to meditate together and spend time relaxing in beautiful Prospect Park. 

The park can be busy and noisy, of course, but that’s life—it is rarely quiet. Learning to meditate in a lively environment will prepare us for the hub-bub of our everyday lives.

Everyone is welcome— kids, pets, and so on. We will provide blankets to sit on, but please bring your own seat if you need something specific. Feel free to bring a bite to eat as well!

WEATHER NOTE: If it rains, the meeting will be at our meditation center instead of the park. When the forecast is uncertain, we'll post a banner at the top of our website homepage on Friday afternoon by 1 pm to confirm where we'll be meeting.

HOW TO FIND US: We are very excited for our new location for our park meditations! It's called the Rose Garden and is part of the greater area called the Vale of Cashmere-a quiet part of Prospect Park that is easy to get to from Grand Army Plaza.
