The program will consist of both a theoretical introduction to the course and some meditative exercises, including yoga postures.
Bring relaxed clothes that you are comfortable moving in.
In the theoretical introduction, we will look at what meditation actually is, the goals of any genuine meditation practice, and take a look at one of the most neglected treasures of the human natural capacity: the attention, and its mechanisms. We will also present the course structure, membership and our community.
After the intro you will have the possibility to socialize with the teachers and other students, and sign up to the course on the spot with a special intro discount.
