Join us for a Mat Pilates mat class at Fabletics Mall of America, presented by Clare Riordan from Northeast Fitness! No Pilates experience is needed. This event is open to all fitness levels and ages.

What to expect -
Northeast Fitness is a neighborhood gym serving Northeast Minneapolis and surrounding neighborhoods. Northeast Fitness provides Mat, Reformer, Apparatus Pilates, Strength Training, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, HIIT, Barre, and Dance Fitness through group fitness classes and personal training in a fun and welcoming environment! The Northeast Fitness community is here to support and encourage you in your well-being and fitness journey.
Clare Riordan teaches Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Pilates Equipment classes at Northeast Fitness and provides one-to-one Pilates Instruction.
Mat Pilates classes are for beginners to advanced Pilates students. With a focus on the core, which is all of your body from the shoulders through the hips, you will strengthen, move with control, and stretch through Pilates exercises done on the mat. With attention on your breath and movement, Pilates creates a mind-body relationship as you exercise.
