Our expert instructor will guide you through a blend of basic movements and advanced progressions, designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and body alignment. Whether you're new to Barre or have years of experience, our class offers something for everyone. Challenge yourself and elevate your practice in a supportive and dynamic setting.
